Aromatherapy at The Class

We’re bringing our beloved aromatherapy workshop to The Class by Taryn Toomey! Join us for an afternoon of movement, blending, and guided meditation in this beautiful space.

We’ll begin with a seasonal yoga practice accompanied by plenty of hands-on assists, followed by a dynamic introduction to essential oils and aromatherapeutic blending where you’ll create a custom bath blend, and close with a guided meditation. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and sacred geometry, this workshop is designed to inspire practical tools for self-care as we head into the coldest, most introspective time of year. All levels are welcome and all materials will be provided, but space is limited so advanced RSVP is recommended.
